SUPPORTIVE SERVICES

Family Services

Contact Ministries provides safety and support for women and women with children experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis. We offer an overnight emergency/crisis shelter and a 6-month long-term transitional shelter with required life skill classes, weekly case management with goal setting and mental health counseling. Residents can also receive referrals to outside agencies for services to help obtain further mental health / crisis management counseling, job training classes, finding permanent housing, medical assistance, and legal resources when needed.

Individual Services

Support services are important to everyone we serve at Contact Ministries. In order for our clients to begin realizing their true worth, we start by helping them feel encouraged, supported, safe and heard, so they will better open up and understand what they are healing from, and as a result feel more optimistic and hope filled for an improved future.
